We would rather be upfront about this now than have it come as a surprise later. If you do need any of it, that is completely fine. Just ask and we will give you a price.

How it runs
Here is how the 5 working days breaks down.
You will always know what is happening and what comes next. If something on your side is running late, just let us know early and we will work around it. That happens on most projects and it is never a problem.
- Day 1: Kickoff call, then structural review of the argument
- Days 2–3: Rebuild and design
- Day 4: First version to you
- Day 5: Revisions and handover of editable files

What does Deck Rescue cost?
$1,850 plus GST, and the price does not move. Half to get started and half when it is finished, with 14 days to pay each invoice.
What if we need changes after the included rounds?
We will always give you a price before doing any extra work, so nothing lands on your bill unexpectedly. Most projects never need it, because we build in review points to catch things early.
Who owns the files?
You do, completely, once the final payment is made. And you get the original working files, not just flat exports, so you are never locked in to us.
What if the scope changes partway through?
We will tell you as soon as we spot it, give you a price, and let you decide. Nothing extra ever goes ahead without you saying yes in writing first.
Who actually does the work?
One senior team runs strategy and craft together, without an account layer between the client and the makers.
Can you work with us remotely?
Absolutely, and most of our work is done this way. We work with clients right across Australia and overseas, including projects for American Express, Westfield and Knotel run from here.
