Here's how it runs.
You'll always know what's happening and what comes next. If something on your side is running late, let us know early and we'll work around it. That happens on most projects and it's never a problem.
- Month 1: Onboarding, context capture, priorities agreed

What does Creative Partner cost?
$2,400 per month plus GST, and the price doesn't move. Half to get started and half when it's finished, with 14 days to pay each invoice.
What if we need more than the package covers?
A creative retainer is scoped around your team's workload instead of a fixed package. See how our creative retainers work.
What if we need changes after the included rounds?
We'll always give you a price before doing any extra work, so nothing lands on your bill unexpectedly. Most projects never need it, because we build in review points to catch things early.
Who owns the files?
You do, completely, once the final payment is made. You get the original working files as well as the exports, so you're never locked in to us.
What if the scope changes partway through?
We'll tell you as soon as we spot it, give you a price and let you decide. Nothing extra ever goes ahead without you saying yes in writing first.
Who does the work?
One senior team does the strategy and the design, with no account managers between you and the people making the work.
Can you work with us remotely?
Absolutely, and most of our work is done this way. We work with clients right across Australia and overseas, including projects for American Express, Westfield and Knotel run from here.
